The Team

The team behind FatPigeonLive have been producing live video for over 10 years. We've worked with household names such as Chad Smith, James Acaster, Tom Allen, Oz Clarke and Amy Dowden. We've also produced content for all the major online platforms along with traditional broadcasters such as SKY TV and The BBC.

Luke is a respected videographer and photographer with years of experience filming musicians and bands. He has worked with hundreds of clients from Russell Hobbs to Russell Watson and has been FatPigeon's director of photography since 2020. Over the last 15 years, Luke has enjoyed a varied career working with artists from every musical genre from Catherine Jenkins to Noddy Holder. Outside of music, Luke has also worked with comedians Ken Dodd and Jo Brand and F1 stars Damon Hill and Eddie Jordan. Luke is also a talented fully certified drone pilot giving FPL productions an exciting new dimension.

John has been working in music and filmmaking for over 20 years. He has produced films and broadcast concerts featuring household names such as James Acaster, Tom Allen, Sir Kenny Dalglish, Oz Clarke and Amy Dowden. As well as an extensive online portfolio, his work has appeared on the BBC, ITV and CTV Canada. In 2021 John produced a TV series for SkyTV featuring Ruby Turner, Tom Grenan and BBC Strictly's Anton Du Beke. Before FatPigeonLive, John was himself a full-time musician, originally as hammond organist for Otis Grand based in London. Since then John has performed with Jimmy Thomas of the Ike and Tina Turner Revue, Whitesnake's Bernie Marsden and FM Guitarist Jim Kirkpatrick.

Jack is an accomplished musician and sought after audio engineer who's been working with FatPigeonLive since 2014. After gaining a first class honors degree in audio production, Jack launched Hollow Floor Studios a canal-side studio based in South Cheshire. During his varied career Jack has mixed bands, choirs and orchestras working alongside producers such as Joe Rusby and Scott Ralph (Robbie Williams, Michael Buble, Clean Bandit, Rudimental). In 2021 Jack was A1 on a music show hosted by Showcase TV. The show was hosted by Tom Seals and featured celebrity guests including Ruby Turner, Tom Grenan and BBC Strictly's Anton Du Beke.

Pete is an essential member of the FatPigeonLive team being equally at home in front of the camera as behind it. As a performer he has appeared in numerous TV shows including Coronation Street, Medics, Children's Ward and Brookside. Since joining FatPigeonLive, Pete has worked with 6Music's Mark Radcliffe, BBC Strictly's Amy Dowden and has also interviewed numerous guests including Red Hot Chili Peppers' Chad Smith. Recently Pete has been stage-managing live productions featuring celebrity chef Ollie Dabbous, Channel 4 mixologist Merlin Griffiths and even the legend that is Jackie Weaver!

Tobias has been a camera operator with FatPigeonLive since 2016. He's worked with West End performers, Michelin star chefs and professional dancers. However, his passion is filming musicians and live bands. In 2021 Tobias was Director of Photography at St Martin-in-the-Fields, Trafalgar Square filming James Acaster and Tom Seals. As well as being a skilled camera operator and photographer, Tobias has an in-depth knowledge of streaming platforms and social media API technologies. This allows FatPigeonLive to seamlessly integrate livestreams across our clients' digital portfolio.

Alisdair

Alisdair is a founder member of the FatPigeonLive camera crew with an expert eye for capturing live-music. A talented saxophonist and clarinetist in his own right, Alisdair's long and varied career has seen him sharing stages with the likes of FM's Jim Kirkpatrick, and even Ian Dury of the Blockheads. As a camera operator with FatPigeonLive, Al has worked with household names such as comedian James Acaster, Radio 6Music's Mark Radcliffe, and even Red Hot Chili Peppers' drummer Chad Smith. Speak to him nicely and he might even get out his collection of interesting lenses!
