The Goat Roper Rodeo Band has been taking the country by storm as they breathe fresh life into the americana/country genre in the UK.

With just two old guitars, an upright bass and a bucket full of aching harmony, they preach Country Blues like you never heard, there's a hint of Hank, a twist of Waylon and a little Gram in there too... it's up and down, soft and loud and swings that big ol' country snake like a born bad ass ... just three young bucks doing their own thing ... the only way they know how ! ... we caught them LIVE here at Pigeon HQ!

The Goat Roper Rodeo Band are one of the most phenomenal Americana country-blues bands that are on the circuit today. Their uplifting, roof-raising style of country swing has put them in high demand up and down the country as they spread their infectious harmonies and melodies far and wide.

The Goat Ropers have had a busy time performing at numerous festivals across the UK including the Cambridge Folk Festival and a headline slot on the AMUK stage at the 'Maverick' Americana Festival. They were so popular that they were invited to perform at the C2C (Country2Country) shows by Bob Harris, and also at the legendary Boomtown Fair festival.

Nominated for multiple awards, including Best UK Live Act by Spiral Earth they have been putting in the work getting their work recorded whilst embarking on a country-hopping tour that is cementing their incredible status throughout the rest of Europe too.
